Dr. Hendrik E. Purnomo, President Director of PT RSC, brings with him over 30 years of experience in the management and operation of marine vessels on offshore activities in Indonesia. An expert on maritime disputes and also well-experienced in Local Shipping Law, Mr. Purnomo graduated from the Indonesia Merchant Marine Academy in 1979 as a Qualified Mate of Ocean-Going and Master of Anchor Handling Tug Supply Boats, holds a Magister of Law from Pancasila University, and received his Doctoral Degree on Law from Pelita Harapan University. He is also an Associate at Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in UK, a Certified Arbiter, a Member of Institut Arbitrator Indonesia (IArbI), and a Certified Mediator from Indonesian Mediation Center by Gadjah Mada University (PMI-UGM). Mr. Purnomo currently acts the Chairman of Indonesian Integrated Contractors Association and served as Chairman of the Steering Committee for the Integrated Business Entities Certification on Implementing Construction Services and Regulations of the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing.
